The Marketing Manager, Latin American (LATAM) will deploy and optimize demand generation marketing programs across the region to drive revenue growth. This role will collaborate with marketing, LATAM sales, partner, and customer success teams to execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans, focusing on new logo acquisition and customer expansion across the region. The role will monitor and analyze programs performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership. This role is a versatile and resourceful strategic thinker capable of laying the foundation and seeing projects through to completion. You bring a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) programs, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to support account-based selling, plus ensure that existing accounts are positioned for further growth. Considering the regional focus, candidates must have business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
