Technology Screener - Digital Product Engineering (DPE)
Role Overview
The DPE Technology Screener serves as the primary technical gatekeeper and governance lead for our Digital Product Engineering offshore talent pool. This is a senior-level leadership role focused on ensuring that every architect, lead, and engineer deployed meets our high standards for modern application delivery.
The screener will evaluate candidates across varying combinations of backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, data, and integration technologies based on role and project requirements. While not expected to be an expert in every technology listed, the screener must demonstrate strong working knowledge across multiple areas and the ability to confidently assess candidate depth, architectural understanding, and real-world experience.
You will balance Technical Vetting (75%) with DPE Service Line (15%) and Solution Development (10%). This role is for a veteran leader who can spot "A-player" talent instantly and ensure offshore delivery teams adhere to world-class engineering rigor.
This is not a traditional people management role; it is a Technical Leadership and Governance position where you will serve as the final quality filter for our global engineering talent.
