This position provides operational support for Randstad US Risk Management with primary responsibility for insurance administration (approximately 75%) and secondary responsibility for claims administration (approximately 25%). The role serves as a key liaison between internal business partners, customers, insurance brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure timely, accurate insurance support while assisting the Claims team with administrative activities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual who possesses excellent critical thinking skills to tactfully resolve customer issues, analyze contracts, and work independently with limited direction in a remote environment.
